The Language of the Field – Bosnia & Herzegovina

There is a moment when silence says more than any explanation could. When breath, movement, and presence reveal what has long stayed hidden.

This is where we begin.

For the first time, this work is coming to Bosnia & Herzegovina.

In this two-day experiential workshop, we enter the systemic Field together with horses — beings who live in complete coherence with their environment. They perceive tension, resonance, and truth long before we can name them.

The workshop takes place at Konjički Klub Kentaur, near Banja Luka and the Gradiška border crossing — a natural setting that holds the work well.

The Method

Systemic Constellations with Horses brings together the principles of family and systemic constellations with the embodied, intuitive sensitivity of horses. The horse becomes a co-facilitator — attuned to the hidden dynamics of relationships, belonging, and order within systems. Through their movement, attention, and presence, horses reveal what is otherwise invisible.

This approach does not rely on analysis or storytelling. It invites direct experience — where what is essential becomes visible, and felt.

Why Horses

Horses are masters of non-verbal communication. They perceive entanglements, unresolved emotions, and interruptions in the flow within systems — and they respond. Spontaneously. Without a filter.

In their presence, we learn to listen differently. Not with the mind, but with the whole body.

The Experience

Over two full days, participants are guided through systemic work with personal and family themes. The focus is on embodiment, awareness, and allowing the Field to move.

There is space for personal constellations and collective exploration — witnessing how the systemic Field unfolds through the quiet language of the herd.

Who This Workshop Is For

• professionals from helping fields, deepening their systemic perception
• those who want to experience the Field directly — not as a concept, but as a living reality

No previous experience with horses is required. All work takes place from the ground, in full respect for the horses’ freedom and natural behavior.
