Bert Hellinger, a pioneer in understanding family and organizational systems, has shown us that many of our struggles are not personal failures – they are the result of entanglements within the systems to which we belong.

Whether it’s family, relationships, or work –
systems seek balance, belonging, and order.

But when something or someone is forgotten, excluded, or misplaced,
the system compensates — often through patterns of struggle, conflict, or feeling stuck.
