NLP is a methodology of personal and professional development used today by the most successful individuals around the world. NLP trainings are dynamic, interactive, fun … After the first day of training, you have in your hands several powerful techniques and instructions on how to use them on the way to your success. In training, you are surrounded by supportive people (and horses!) with whom you share the same interests, values ​​and attitudes. Each exercise is an opportunity to move the satisfaction scale forward towards the desired goal. Each new technique learned is a new opportunity to reprogram the old, learned pattern of thinking and behavior.

NLP Basic is a two-day introductory training with the basic processes of NLP and their application in everyday personal and professional life. Through personal experience, powerful NLP tools are applied for more efficient communication with oneself and the environment, developing personal and business success.

NLP Starter is for you if you have decided to change something in your life, but you still do not know in which direction to go. You’ve read about NLP, watched maybe some video and want to give yourself and NLP a chance for a new acquaintance (which will, I guarantee, grow into a lifelong friendship!). You’re also nature- and horse- lover and always choose to be outdoor instead of indoor!

Education content:

– Basics of NLP: what are the basic concepts and principles of NLP, why NLP is the science of success, what are the pillars of success;

– How to establish optimal contact with another person, adapt and guide him, how to establish a bridge of trust;

– How to take over the management of communication by imitation, how to develop the skills of quick adaptation with various interlocutors;

– How the power of observation and flexibility lead to faster and easier achievement of the desired results, how to detect non-verbal signals of others and how to use them to improve communication;

– How to recognize and use the communication “channel” of the interlocutor;

The NLP Starter lasts for two days, a total of 16 hours of learning and practice.

NLP trainings are supported and conducted in accordance with IANLP standards.

NLP PRACTITIONER ASSISTED BY HORSES

NLP Practitioner is one of the most powerful and useful developmental trainings for personal growth and development. It is a training that integrates the most effective NLP tools and models while creating your own experience and application in all segments of life. Learned skills, strategies and processes trigger behavior change, goal realization, significantly improved communication and a greater degree of understanding with other people.

Horses add value to NLP practitioner training because they are involved throughout the whole process as CO-facilitators.

NLP Practitioner training is created for individuals who are actively working on developing their potential. NLP tools are designed to improve your performance in exactly those segments where it is most needed.

NLP Practitioner training content:

– Basics of NLP: what are the basic concepts and principles of NLP, why NLP is the science of success, what are the pillars of success;

– How to achieve change with the help of neurological levels and at what level it is necessary to work, how the experience created through the use of these models raises motivation.

– How to ask the most precise, essential question in each situation, how to understand the deep structure of communication, generalization, distortion and erasure in speech;

– How the model of changing the level of abstraction (chunking) can be successful in negotiation, sales, motivation and presentation;

– What is the language of hypnosis, how to reach the subconscious through speech, how to successfully apply Milton’s speech patterns, how to achieve understanding with the interlocutor;

– How to creatively approach situations and problems, how to develop opportunities for new solutions;

– Structures of perception and subjective experience, how to create long-term changes, how to strengthen the emotional relationship to positive situations and how to reduce it to negative ones;

– How to get to know and optimize your own strategies, how the T.O.T.E.-model is applied;

– How to adapt your communication, presentation, sales or management to the interlocutor, how to motivate, reward, present;

– How to look at the situation from several aspects in order to expand the possibilities of insight and action;

– What does the model of definition of symptoms, causes, goals and resources look like;

– Metaphors: how they affect our lives, how they shape us and what they mean to us;

– How to give feedback properly.

 

Duration of training

A minimum of 130 hours of live, face-to-face training[1], including testing is required. Training must consist of at least 18 days, totaling 130 hours of live training (100% attendance). Breaks exceeding 30 minutes that are taken in the course of the daily training can not be counted towards the fulfilment of the 130 training hours requirement. In addition, individual training and/or other learning activities to be arranged by the trainer and student consisting of at least 10 full hours is required. Recommended Supervision: 15 hours individual or group-supervision within the training and/or after the testing.

 

[1] Face-to-face training: Students and trainers are personally (physically) in the same geographical location (house). A so-called ‘in school’, ‘live face-to-face’ and/or ‘on-site’ training takes place.
