The Language of the Field
There is a moment when silence speaks louder than words.
When movement, breath, and presence reveal what has long remained hidden.
This is where the horses meet us.
In this two-day experiential workshop, we enter the field of systemic constellations together with horses — beings who live in complete coherence with their environment. They perceive tension, resonance, and truth long before we can name them.
The workshop will take place in the natural setting of Kassai Horseback Archery School Austria, a place devoted to connection, authenticity, and awareness through the horse.

The Method
Systemic Constellations with Horses brings together the principles of family and systemic constellations with the intuitive, embodied sensitivity of horses.
The horse becomes a co-facilitator, attuned to the hidden dynamics of relationships and belonging. Through their movement, attention, and interaction, horses reveal systemic patterns that are otherwise invisible — pointing toward balance, order, and truth.
This approach does not rely on analysis or storytelling.
Instead, it invites participants to enter a space of direct experience — where what is essential becomes visible and felt.

Why Horses
Horses are masters of non-verbal communication and natural coherence. They perceive entanglements, unresolved emotions, and interruptions in the flow of love within systems. Their responses are spontaneous, unfiltered, and deeply informative.
In their presence, we learn to listen differently — not with our minds, but with our whole bodies.

The Experience
During these two days, participants will be guided through experiential systemic work with personal and family themes.
The focus will be on awareness, embodiment, and allowing the horses to guide the process of reordering and integration.
There will be space for both personal constellations and collective exploration, allowing each participant to witness how the systemic field unfolds through the subtle language of the herd.

Who This Workshop Is For
This workshop is especially designed for:
systemic constellation facilitators and practitioners
psychotherapists, coaches, and counselors
professionals from helping fields who wish to deepen their systemic perception
anyone called to experience the living field through the presence of horses
No previous experience with horses is required. All work takes place from the ground, in full respect for the horses’ freedom and natural behavior.
