About the Work
Systemic Constellations with Horses combine classical systemic principles (Bert Hellinger) with the natural awareness of horses.
Horses do not “play roles” and they are not guided or instructed.
They join the systemic field as sensitive, neutral beings who notice tension, order, exclusion, and shifts toward balance with great accuracy.
In this work:
• there is no analysis,
• no storytelling,
• no emotional dramatization.
Only what is present in the moment is allowed to move.
The horses help bring clarity by responding directly to the field.
Through their distance, orientation, movement, stillness, or contact, they make systemic dynamics visible and tangible in ways that words often cannot.

Why Work with Horses in Constellations
Horses:
• are highly attuned to relational and energetic coherence
• perceive systemic entanglements instantly
• respond without agenda, projection, or interpretation
• regulate the field through presence rather than intervention
Their feedback is physical, precise, and grounded.
This often shortens processes that might otherwise take much longer.
This is why working with horses is especially valuable for experienced professionals who want depth, accuracy, and embodied understanding instead of just technique.

You do not need any previous experience with horses.

This workshop is not suitable for those looking for:
• casual personal development experiences
• horse therapy or riding
• purely emotional or cathartic processes

Workshop Structure
Day 1 – Entering the Field & Meeting the Herd
We will start with an introduction to systemic principles, embodied presence, and the role of horses. Gentle experiential practices will help you connect with yourself, the space, the group, and the herd.
Day 2 – Constellation Work in Motion
You will take part in individual and group constellations with horses present. We will explore family, ancestral, collective, and professional themes, along with observation, reflection, and integration practices.
Day 3 – Integration & Closing
The final day includes constellation work, embodied integration, gathering insights, and a ceremonial closing to help you return to daily and professional life.

Dates: March 27–29, 2026
Times:
• Friday: 13:00–17:30
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00–17:30
Language: English / Bosnian, with Slovenian translation if needed
Participation Fee
• 390 € Early Bird (valid until February 28, 2026)
• 500 € Regular price (from March 1, 2026)
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Accommodation is not provided.
Personal constellations may be available on request, depending on the group.

• Up to 30 days before the workshop: full refund minus administrative costs
• 14–29 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before: no refund (transfer to another person possible)
